4. Booking & Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Appointments are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.

5. Health Questionnaire

Your health questionnaire must be completed and returned at least 48 hours before your consultation.

Submit the secure form at samskaranutrition.com/intake after booking.

This allows adequate time to review your health history and prepare personalised recommendations.

Failure to submit the questionnaire on time may result in your appointment being postponed.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

Exceptional circumstances will always be considered at our discretion.

7. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your consultation will still finish at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

Where availability permits, we may extend your consultation at our discretion.
