For UK GDPR purposes, Samantha is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and related services.

What data we collect

Contact and booking data: name, email address, and any information you provide when joining the waitlist, emailing us, or booking via Calendly.

Health information: details about your health, symptoms, medical history and, where relevant, medication use, provided through your pre-consultation questionnaire and consultations (see Health Information below).

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through essential site operation and, with consent, third-party booking tools.

Communication data: messages you send us and records of appointments or enquiries.

Health information

As part of your pre-consultation questionnaire and consultation, you will be asked to share information about your health, symptoms, medical history and, where relevant, medication use. This is "special category data" under UK GDPR Article 9.

By submitting your questionnaire and/or attending a consultation, you provide your explicit consent for us to collect, store and use this health information solely for the purpose of providing your nutrition consultation and any related recommendations. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting hello@samskaranutrition.com, though this may limit our ability to continue providing services to you.

This information will not be shared with third parties without your separate consent, except where required by law.

How we use your data

To respond to enquiries, manage waitlist sign-ups, and deliver discovery calls or coaching services you request.

To send service-related emails such as booking confirmations (via Calendly) and occasional updates if you have opted in.

To improve our website, comply with legal obligations, and protect our legitimate interests in running a safe, secure practice.
