About our services

Samskara Nutrition offers functional nutrition coaching and educational content. We are not a medical practice, hospital, or emergency service.

Information on this site is general in nature and does not replace advice from your doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or join the waitlist. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Bookings and programmes

Discovery calls and programmes are subject to availability. Fees and scope are confirmed at booking via Calendly.

You agree to provide accurate information and to attend sessions on time or give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule, in line with the cancellation and rescheduling terms in section 9 below.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information and for seeking medical care for urgent or serious conditions.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content for commercial redistribution without written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, branding, images, and materials shared during programmes, is owned by Samskara Nutrition unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reproduce it without consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our coaching services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the UK or EEA.

9. Cancellations & refunds

9.1 Standard cancellation window — For all programmes, you may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and receive a full refund.

9.2 Artha and Setu — If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, no refund will be given. This reflects the time and preparation reserved exclusively for your session.

9.3 The Samskara Signature Journey (10-week programme) — Cancel up to 48 hours before your first consultation: full refund. Cancel within 48 hours after your first consultation: 50% refund of the total programme fee. Cancel beyond 48 hours after your first consultation: no refund. This reflects the personalised planning, resources and practitioner time allocated across the full 10-week programme from the outset.

9.4 Your statutory right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) — Because you are booking as a consumer at a distance (online), you also have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, if your appointment(s) are scheduled to take place within that 14-day period, we ask you to expressly confirm at the time of booking that you wish the service to begin before the 14-day period ends, and that you understand: (a) if we have fully performed the service (e.g. your consultation has taken place) before the 14 days are up, you lose your right to cancel under the CCR once that session is complete; and (b) if you cancel partway through (for example, partway through the Samskara programme) having given this consent, you may still be entitled to a pro-rata refund for sessions not yet delivered, calculated from the point you notify us, in addition to — not instead of — the refund terms set out in 9.1–9.3. Where our own cancellation policy is more generous to you than the statutory pro-rata calculation, the more generous term applies.

9.5 How to cancel — Cancellations must be made in writing (email) to hello@samskaranutrition.com. The cancellation is effective from the date and time we receive your notice, not the date you booked it.

9.6 Rescheduling and its effect on cancellation terms — You may reschedule your appointment, free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice of the change. Rescheduling does not reset your cancellation window. If you reschedule and then later cancel, the refund terms in 9.1–9.3 are calculated against your original appointment date, not the new one. If you need to reschedule for a genuine reason (illness, emergency) close to or after your original appointment date, contact us directly. These are considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, rather than through the standard refund policy. Requests to reschedule more than once or reschedule requests made after the original 24/48-hour window has already passed will be treated as a cancellation under 9.1–9.3.
